"Project" Definition:  A project is a temporary endeavour undertaken to create a unique product or service. Temporary means that every project has a definite beginning and a definite end.

 

Specialising in Food & Beverage Project Management, whether single unit (restaurant) owners or franchise / multi-unit operators, clients can benefit from my services and expertise should they need to grow, expand, develop, improve, or transform any aspect of their business. My approach is a systematic one in offering creative results and innovative solutions. Yes, by most people's measure, being creative and innovative is a subjective matter that is left to those with artistic inclination. People have the misconception that order and organisation do not fall into the equation of creativity and innovation. People tend to separate the scientific mind from the artistic one. I disagree.
